The scope of work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the upgrade of a 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Police house situated at Kulgera NT.

The Works include:

·         Various internal and external demolition works as set out on Drawings A010, A011, A012 and A013.

·         New internal and external building works as set out on Drawings A015, A016, A017 and A018.

·         Repaint the house internally and externally.

·         Internal electrical upgrade works including new lights and fans.
