Darwin - Provision of Ground Maintenance for Motor Vehicle Registry, Heavy Vehicle Inspection Facility and Parap Road Safety Centre for a Period of 36 Months - Mandatory Site Inspection

The services to be provided under the contract consist of:

- Litter control including the sweeping / vacuuming of car parking areas, roadways and paths within the premises and the clearing of gutters and drains.
- Mowing and edge trimming of established grassed areas.
- Mulching of garden beds and shrubberies.
- Weed control for entire premises.
- Pruning of shrubs and trees.
- Watering of all lawn areas, trees, garden beds and shrubberies within the premises, if required.  They will only be required if there is a prolonged fault in the irrigation system, the Principal will request this as an additional requirement.
- Fertilising of all grassed areas, garden beds and shrubberies.
- Replacement of damaged plants.
- Identification and control of insect and fungal pest infestations.
- Provide additional services as required.
