Gove District Hospital - Repairs and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and Infrastructure for a Period of 36 Months

The successful contractor will be required to undertake repairs and maintenance to Mechanical and Electrical Plant and Equipment  for Gove District Hospital for a period of 36 months.

The scope of work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

·         General repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of all HVAC plant and associated equipment.

·         General repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Diesel fired Boilers and associated equipment.

·         General repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Diesel fired Generators and associated equipment.

·         General repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of all Electrical plant and equipment.

After hours call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC, Boiler, Generator and Electrical components, plant, systems and interface with other trades.
