Design and Construct – Remediation and Repair of the Playground/Tree House located within the George Brown Botanic Gardens in NT. The existing playground/tree house has numerous non-compliance with both the National Construction Code (NCC) Building Code of Australia (BCA) and AS4685.1.

Full upgrade design drawings are required of remediation and repair works to ensure non-compliance are rectified and to obtain section 40. Remediation and repairs must be in accordance with such design drawings.
