A general outline of the works to be carried out under the Contract comprises: remove louvres in 12 window bays, replace with sliding sash and lower infill, replace wall mounted RAC with split system a/c, replace some roof sheets, end wall cladding and eave jointing strips, and replace “Astro turf”.
