Darwin Region - Maningrida - Construction of Stage 1 - New Police Complex and Additional Housing, including Headworks

The proposed development of the Maningrida Police Complex requires the engagement for the construction of Stage 1 of the Police Complex, including headworks, works comprises a Police station for 14 members, a Court/Multi-Purpose Area, 5 x cells, holding cell, 8 person VOQ, secure vehicle compound, boat shed and fuel tank and various Houses, consisting of 2x duplex buildings, 3 of 4 Bed houses.

The Tenderer is encouraged to consider any innovations that could provide increased efficiency/effectiveness for this build, including but not limited to:

- new technology or alternative methods, solutions and/or products.
- an alternative design for the VOQ, providing details on design efficiencies, e.g. materials and or building and services design efficiencies that will present cost-saving alternatives.
