Tennant Creek Region - Rockhampton Downs (Wogyala) and Newcastle Waters - Security Upgrades and Refurbishment Works to Existing Government Employee Housing (GEH) Homes

To procure a local building contractor to undertake refurbishment works and security upgrades to one existing GEH home in Newcastle Waters and two existing GEH homes in Rockhampton Downs.

The works required may include but not limited to:

- Painting

- Replace existing floor vinyl to tiles

- Toilet upgrades

- Fencing upgrades

- Caged carparking

- Sensor lights

GEH Security upgrades and refurbishment works will be delivered under the Northern Territory Remote Aboriginal Investment Strategy (NTRA) Children and Schooling Implementation plan. This program aims to improve Security and safety of existing GEH homes in remote communities. Works are expected to be completed within four weeks upon award of contract.
