Darwin - Consultancy - Gap Analysis of the Draft Berrimah North Infrastructure Contributions

The Northern Territory Government is seeking to engage a consultant to undertake a gap analysis of the preliminary draft Berrimah North Infrastructure Contribution Plans (BNICP) to assess its alignment with the SICG, Planning Act 1999 (NT), and Planning Regulations 2000 (NT).

The analysis will primarily evaluate the justification of district-level infrastructure included in the BNICP, and the methodology/ies and demand metrics used in the apportionment of infrastructure costs, in order to achieve equity, nexus, and accountability.
