The contractor will be required to complete grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, litter clean/removal & irrigation repairs/management in the following locations (State Square represents the bulk of the contract):
- Nichols Place
- Supreme Court
- Old Town Ruins, including Lot 7474
- Grounds above carpark (90 Bay Carpark)
- Berrimah Farm Precinct
