The Department of Tourism and Hospitality has a requirement for a suitably qualified consultant to provide an analysis of the relevant legislation and statutory plans to recommend options for integrated marine parks governance applicable across multiple jurisdictions, namely Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife terrestrial and marine parks, Commonwealth marine parks, and Aboriginal Land Trust. The consultant will require experience in both State and Federal legislation, as well as environmental planning
