Tennant Creek Region - Building Repair and Maintenance of all Government Assets with in the Barkly Region for a Period of 36 Months

Miscellaneous building repairs and maintenance on existing N T Government assets including
the following; Carpentry, Glazing, Painting, Roofing, Plastering, Concreting, Paving, General
Maintenance and Repairs, Cabinet Making, Installing Door Locks/ Cylinders, Fencing,
The scope of work encompasses all items listed in the response schedule and includes all
building maintenance items such as carpentry & cabinet making, minor concreting works, wall
and floor tiling, painting, door and window hardware repair or replacement, and all ancillary
works required to maintain a built asset.
The site of the Works is Various Locations throughout the Barkly Region and other locations as directed by the Superintendent.
