Tennant Creek - Amenity and Ground Maintenance Services of NTG Assets (including Paterson Street) for a Period of 36 Months

This contract consolidates two previously separate agreements into a single period contract to improve efficiency and provide consistent maintenance service in Tennant Creek. The contract covers a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including street and footpath sweeping, litter collection, rubbish bin emptying and replacement, weed control, and the cleaning, repair and painting of street furniture. Graffiti removal is a key part of the service.

In addition to routine urban maintenance, the contract includes grounds maintenance services in key public areas, including the Tennant Creek Entry Statement locations, Railway Terminal, Weighbridge, Paterson Street, and Bill Allen Lookout. This combined approach ensures the upkeep, presentation and functionality of Government assets in line with community expectations and municipal standards.
