Darwin - Provision of Venue, Catering & Audio Visual Requirements for the 2025 Northern Territory Awards Gala Dinner

DITT requires the services of a suitable venue to host and cater for the 2025 NT Training Awards Gala 
Dinner on 13 September 2025, that has adequate space to accommodate the following event 
requirements:
• Up to 600 attendees
• Air conditioned arrival space (separate to dinner space) for red carpet arrival, pre-dinner drinks 
and registration
• Air-conditioned event space for gala awards dinner with banquet seating (round tables of 10pax)
• Plated 3 course meal and 4 hour beverage package (soft drinks, beer and wine)
• 2 x Photo wall areas (approx. 8m wide x 3m deep)
• Large cash bar and adequate mingling space 
• Trophy tables set next to stage (for approx. 15 trophy’s)
• Extra-large presentation stage (min 12m wide and 5m deep)
• Dance floor (to suit up to 600pax event)
• High quality audio visual (AV) equipment supply and operation (by experienced technicians) 
including: 
• Microphones, lectern and audio/PA system
• Extra-large main projection screen (min 18m wide)
• Extra-large back of room projection screen (min 20ft wide) and/or dual side screens
• Camera risers x 2 for event filming requirements
• Large AV desk 
Minimum of 2000sqm space for the gala awards dinner area
