A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of the routine, periodic and specific maintenance to the Mandorah Jetty, Boat Ramp and Car Parking area. This work includes litter collection, grass cutting, control of weeds and pests around the car park, pressure cleaning of the jetty, marine growth removal from the jetty, and sand removal from the boat ramp.
