Darwin - East Arm - Subdivision Superintendent Representative Consultancy

Land Development Corporation (LDC) has recently tendered for construction of Stage 1 of the Marine Industry Park (MIP) subdivision at East Arm. Stage 1 covers an area of approximately 12 hectares consisting of a 12-lot purpose-built industrial subdivision to provide land for marine support industries to locate adjacent to the NT Government’s new ship lift development.

LDC is seeking a suitably qualified Engineer to provide Superintendent’s Representative and Certification services for the Marine Industry Park Stage 1 subdivision construction project located at East Arm.
