  • Manual reading of commercial and domestic electricity meters
  • Manual reading of commercial and domestic water meters
  • Service orders including:
    • Re-energisation, de-energisation of electricity customers*
    • Special water meter reads
    • Associated sewerage and water audit activities
    • Reporting including self scoring against KPIs

* Power and Water may choose to introduce remote de-energisation and re-energisation during the term of this contract.
