This EOI seeks to identify and shortlist proponent(s) with the capacity to plan, design and construct two 3-4 bedroom dwellings on selected sites in Kilgariff Estate, Alice Springs. Proponent(s) are to include a minimum of two different house designs of their choice, providing they are compliant with the Kilgariff Design Guidelines and suitably fit on the lots. Proponent(s) will contract directly with LDC to deliver this project and activate Kilgariff residential housing estate.
