Darwin - Engagement of GIS and DMS Specialist for a Period of 12 Months - with an option to extend for a further 12 months

The objective of this procurement is to engage a highly experienced subject matter expert to support the delivery of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Utility
Network (UN) model implementations, Common Information Model (CIM) integration, and Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) projects.

The procurement is for the professional services of a GIS and DMS Specialist responsible for:

  • Project managing the CIM and DMS workstreams;
  • Developing all associated project artefacts including project plans, risk registers, and communication plans;
  • Leading procurement activities including RFT development, vendor evaluation, and contract onboarding;
  • Managing stakeholder requirements gathering, functional/non-functional specification development, and governance reporting;
  • Assist in the development of Business Case.
