Gove District Hospital - Provision of Building Maintenance Services for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

The provision of building maintenance services at Gove District Hospital Campus for a 36 month period.
The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment and plant necessary to carry out the work.

The contractor is to provide all temporary signs, lighting and barriers as required.

All works shall be in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and manufacturer’s instructions for installation and maintenance.

The Contractor must undertake works in accordance with this specification, project specific requirements and the Standard Specification for Small Building Works October 2024 v3.
