·         Supply and installation of designed roof structure over Link Corridor and internal cafeteria garden.

·         Replacement of roof section and gutter.

·         Replacement of internal cafeteria garden lighting and wall fans.

·         Patch and paint Link Corridor ceiling and HVAC vent wall.
