Darwin - Repairs and Maintenance of Group 7 - Airconditioning Plant and Equipment for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the periodic air-conditioning maintenance for the Group 7 contract.

The works are to include (but not limited to):

•                    The effective general routine maintenance of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.

•                    The call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.

•                    The repair, replacement or servicing of components parts to restore operation of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.

•                    The identification of defects that would not permit the imminent reinstatement of operation of the HVAC system.
