Minyerri - Construction of Sewer Pump Station 2

Minyerri, located approximately 270 kilometres southeast of Katherine, is among the most overcrowded communities in the Northern Territory, with limited land available for new development. There is an urgent requirement to expand the housing supply to accommodate future population growth. To address overcrowding, the Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI) proposes a land release through subdivision, aiming to deliver around 150 new homes. The initial stage will comprise 55 lots and will necessitate serviced land and upgrades to the existing Power and Water Corporation (PWC) headworks infrastructure.
