Katherine Region - Borroloola - Construct New Health Centre, Renal Unit and Mortuary

The new Health Centre will replace the existing Health Clinic in Borroloola, which is no longer considered fit for purpose and operates at above optimal capacity and is out of date with current health guidelines.

The Works comprise the construction of a new:

• Single story new health centre, inclusive of a renal dialysis unit
• Mortuary building (including supply and operation of temporary morgue whilst building works in progress)
• External shaded waiting areas
• Chiller compound
• Genset and fuel tank compound
• Staff parking
• Civil works for new staff entry

The Works also require the demolition of various outbuildings associated with the existing clinic along with the relocation of demountables and container structures located on the project site.
