Darwin - Nichols Place (Zone A) - Delivery and Construction of New Offices
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of internal refurbishment and modifications creating 5 new offices within Zone A (Level 3) at Darwin Local Court, Nichols Place.
Works include demolition, new partitions, glazing, ceiling modification, and finishes upgrades in accordance with the referenced drawings and specification’s clauses.
The works comprise of all labour, materials, fabrications, supply, applications, installation and certification as necessary to complete the works.
