  • Barricade site with temporary fence
  • Isolate area for asbestos removal
  • Removal of asbestos B Class asbestos 1100m2 including Hygienist clearance certificate and disposal at Shoal Bay waste Facility
  • Disconnect all electrical including from main
  • Disconnect all plumbing from main
  • Demolition of Main existing health clinic which includes all slabs and footings up to 500mm
  • Demolition of Existing steel cage including slabs and footings up to 500mm
  • Demolition of Morgue building including slabs and footings up to 500mm
  • Demolition of Laundry building including slabs and footings up to 500m2 1
  • Demolition of all existing mesh fence
  • Dump and transport all construction rubbish to Katherine Waste Disposal Facility
  • Make good the land after removal of buildings which includes only compacted construction sand to level up groundwork
  • Make good site
  • Demobilisation from site
