Owen Springs Power Station - Operator On Job Modules

Territory Generation (TGen) is seeking a contractor to develop structured, self-contained training modules that effectively support the onboarding and skill development of new operators by addressing current gaps in knowledge transfer. These modules will be integrated into a blended delivery approach, the learning will focus on delivering targeted instructional content, along with a requirement for practical skills to be a component of the modules, and assessments.  

The location of the Owen Springs Power Station is in Alice Spring, Northern Territory.
