Works to include:
- Design "for construction" as well as "as constructed" Drawings utilising concept design
- Demolition to internal walls
- Construction of new internal walls
- Mechanical works
- Electrical works
- Security system works
- Certification
All works to be completed under zone 4 police requirements.
