Darwin - Delivery of the Real Time System Security Monitoring Tool on EMS v3.4

Power and Water Corporation, through the Northern Territory Electricity System and Market Operator (NTESMO), seeks to enhance the secure operation of the Darwin to Katherine Power System by improving real-time contingency and system strength assessment within EMS v3.4. The project will provide a unified operational platform for real-time monitoring and dynamic assessment of the DKPS, supporting improved operational decision-making and serving as the single source of truth for network data. The key deliverable is the successful implementation of the Contingency Analysis and Short-Circuit Analysis modules on EMS v3.4, together with updates to the supporting source models and databases required for real-time operation.
