Darwin - Provision of Implementation of a Customer Portal to Support Self-Service capability in alignment with the Customer Experience Strategy for 5 Years

This RFT is seeking Proponents to conduct end-to-end system implementation activities for a Customer Portal Project which falls under The Future Operating Model and The Core Capability Program.  

Power and Water customers have consistently indicated a need for simpler, more transparent interactions and more intuitive digital tools. Current digital channels are fragmented, inconsistent, and not fully aligned with Power and Water’s Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI) objectives to modernise services and empower customers, as well as the Customer Experience (CX) Strategy.

The Customer Portal initiative will address this gap through the delivery of a of a modern self-service solution. This will enable customers to access and manage services in a more seamless and efficient way, reducing reliance on manual processes and call centre interactions.
