Darwin - Harney House - Internal and External Refurbishment Upgrades and Associated Works

The work involves a coordinated program of internal and external maintenance and refurbishment to restore Harney House to a safe, functional and fit-for-purpose condition. The scope focuses on addressing known defects, rectifying damaged caused by wear, weather and water ingress, improving the overall condition and reliability of the building.

Internal works include repairs to walls, ceiling, doors, finishes, electrical services and bathroom fittings to ensure the building is safe to occupy, functions as intended and presents to an acceptable standard. External works include building fabric repairs, roofing and drainage rectification, air-conditioning upgrades, arborist works, fencing and carport repairs, surface treatments and general site improvements. Together, these works will prevent further deterioration, reduce ongoing maintenance issues align the asset with organisational asset management requirements.
