A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of:
General plumbing repairs to fixtures and fittings
Replacement of plumbing fixtures and fittings
Service of pressure pumps
Hydro boil type hot water units
solar hot water units and the like
Testing and reporting on thermostatic mixing valves
backflow valves. Sewer and Sullage waste collection and disposal
Gas Fitting repairs and new works
General roof repairs and maintenance.
Filtration maintenance and repairs
