AGRN1258 Secondary and Local Roads Emergency Reinstatement - Maintenance Grading Invert to Invert - Calvert Road - CH 0.00 - CH 256.27 Km

Due to the recent flood events in the Barkly Region, Calvert Road requires urgent repair and maintenance grading to reinstate the road to its pre-existing condition.

These activities form part of the Immediate Reinstatement Works (IRW) program to restore trafficability and ensure road-user safety following extensive flood damage under Event 1258 - Barkly Region Secondary and Local Roads Emergency Reinstatement.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

The scope includes, but is not limited to:

- Maintenance grading to address surface defects including corrugation and depressions.

- Restoration of road including table drains and shoulders where affected.

- Supply, placement and grading of materials to restoration a safe running surface.

- Time and dated stamped photographs.

All works are to be undertaken with then intent of restoring sae access as efficiently as practicable returning the road to its re-flood condition.
