AGRN1258 SECONDARY AND LOCAL ROADS EMERGENCY REINSTATEMENT - INJARADIN WATERHOLE (WHISTLEDUCK) ACCESS URGENT REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE GRADING CH 0.00 TO CH 24.38 KM

Due to the recent flood events across the Barkly Region, Injaradin Waterhole (Whistleduck) Access Road
has sustained significant damage and now requires urgent repair and maintenance grading.
These works form part of the Immediate Reinstatement Works (IRW) program, aimed at restoring
trafficability and ensuring road-user safety following extensive flood impacts under Event 1258 – Barkly
Region Secondary and Local Roads Emergency Reinstatement.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

The scope of works includes, but not limited to:

* Maintenance Grading - Removal of surface defects such as corrugations, depressions, and uneven running surfaces to restore safe drivability.

* Pavement failure rectification - Repair of scouring, washouts, erosion, and other structural failures caused by floodwater.

* Road and drainage restoration - Reinstatement of the road formation, including table drains and shoulders where they have been damaged or compromised.

* Material supply and placement - Supply, placement, and grading of suitable materials to re-establish a safe running surface and return the road to its pre-flood condition.

Provide photographic evidence of the work performed.
