The Goods may include waste products and/or contaminants such as cable insulation; the Tenderer is to consider the waste products as part of their submission.
Contractor is responsible for managing any residual oil during transportation and ensure there is no environmental impact.
Scrap metal bins must remain in Alice Springs, and the scrap metal bins will not be exchanged.
Handling of the contents is solely the responsibility of the tenderer.
