Katherine Region - Eastern Area - General Plumbing, Gas Fitting and Roofing Repairs and Maintenance for a Period of 36 Months
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of:
- General plumbing repairs to fixtures and fittings
- Replacement of plumbing fixtures and fittings
- Service of pressure pumps
- Hydro boil type hot water units
- Solar hot water units and the like
- Testing and reporting on thermostatic mixing valves
- Backflow valves - sewer and sullage waste collection and disposal
- Gas Fitting repairs and new works
- General roof repairs and maintenance
All the above services shall be delivered on an as and when required basis and/or a repetitive maintenance or cyclic maintenance programme where required.
