Katherine - Provision of an Independent Chair for the Daly River Water Advisory Committee for a Period of 24 Months
The Department of Lands, Planning and Environment (the Department) is seeking to engage an independent chair for the Daly River water advisory committee (the Committee). The chair will ensure the Committee members are properly informed and supported to participate in water management and to effectively perform their roles and responsibilities.
The contract initial term is 24 months, with a 1 x 12-month extension option. As the remaining term of the Committee is less than 36 months (from the date of acceptance through to November 2028) the extension option will be utilised in accordance with the Committee’s remaining term.
