Darwin - Peter McAulay Centre - New Parapet and Apron Flashings
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the contract comprises: new parapet flashings are required to cap the top of the parapet walls and cover existing apron flashings. Existing roof to wall flashings is to be covered with new apron flashings. Both the new parapet and apron over flashings to be installed as per recommendations in roofing report.
These works comprise of all labour, materials, storage supply and installation required as necessary to complete the works.
