Periodic Air conditioning maintenance for Group 4 Mechanical contract.
Works to include but not limited to:
- The effective general routine maintenance of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.
- The call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.
- The repair, replacement or servicing of components parts to restore operation of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.
- The identification of defects that would not permit the imminent reinstatement of operation of the HVAC system.
