Gove District Hospital - Repairs and Maintenance of the BMS and Access Control System for a Period of 36 Months

The Successful contractor will be required to undertake repairs and maintenance to Building Management System, Access Control System and the CCTV System.

The scope of works to be carried out under the contract comprises of:

General repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS).
General repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the Access Control System.
General repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the CCTV system.

After hours call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with the BMS, Access Control system and the CCTV system.
