Works "as and when required" include but not limited to repairs and maintenance of:
- Wastewater management systems,
- Pump station servicing,
- Trade waste system servicing,
- Water filtration units,
- UV light disinfection system,
- General plumbing fixtures and installations
- Backflow prevention devices
- Thermostatic mixing valves
- Boiling/chilled water units
- Hot water systems
- Emergency shower/eyewash stations
