Repairs and Maintenance to various NT Government assets in the Greater Darwin Region for a period of 36 Months. 

Works "as and when Required" include but not limited to repairs and maintenance of: 

  • Soil and waste drainage,
    hot and cold-water reticulation,
    taps and valves,
    appliances,
    fittings and fixtures to buildings/dwellings,
    backflow prevention devices,
    thermostatic mixing valves,
    emergency eyewash & showers.
