Scheduled equipment modernisation works for 4 elevators and the replacement of 2 elevators.

Works include:

- Equipment and lift car modernisation for 4 elevators, including: running gear, lift shell, Cabin Operating Panels (COPs), and internal lift fitout etc.

- Full lift removal and replacement of 2 existing lifts. Provide new lift to suit existing shaft dimensions.

- Maintenance Period for all existing lifts (including those made modern and new) during the works.
