Katherine Region - Sandy Flat Project - Provision of Temporary Camp Facility

The Department of Mines and Energy is seeking a temporary camp solution to allow remediation works at the Sandy Flat legacy site. The scope of works includes the supply, delivery and installation of an 18–20-person capacity camp mobilised to site early dry season 2026 and is to remain on site until end of dry season 2028.

The objective is to provide an accommodation solution with a small footprint, capable of rapid mobilisation and setup with minimal site preparation. The camp must have power generation, satellite communications, bulk fuel storage, sewage treatment system and all required amenities to support the workforce in a remote and isolated environment with a limited supply chain.
