Darwin Region - Melville Island (Tiwi Islands) - Upgrade and Seal Pirlangimpi Road

Pirlangimpi Road is located on Melville Island (part of the Tiwi Islands)

A general outline of the works is the upgrade and seal of approximately 16km of Pirlangimpi Road commencing from the Threeways intersection and heading west towards the plantation camp. The scope includes but is not limited to:

Clearing and grubbing,
Earthworks,
Pavement works,
Drainage and protection works,
Bituminous sealing,
Pavement marking and signage installation.

The works will be strictly governed by Environmental Approval EP2022/016 and Tiwi Land Council permit conditions.
