Katherine Region - Eastern Area - General Plumbing and Roofing Repairs and Maintenance

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of:

  • General plumbing repairs to fixtures and fittings
  • Replacement of plumbing fixtures and fittings
  • Service of pressure pumps
  • Hydro boil type hot water units
  • Solar hot water units and the like
  • Testing and reporting on thermostatic mixing valves
  • Backflow valves - sewer and sullage waste collection and disposal
  • Gas Fitting repairs and new works
  • General roof repairs and maintenance

All the above services shall be delivered on an as and when required basis and/or a repetitive maintenance or cyclic maintenance programme where required .
