Darwin - Provision of Dispensing and Service Dose Administration Aids Services for Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Facilities for a Period of 36 Months

Top End Mental Health Service (TEMHS), Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), referred to collectively as TEMHSAOD, has a requirement for the provision of pharmacy services for its approximately 600 consumers (repeat supply) and inpatient units. This includes:

Bulk supply for imprests for administration to admitted and non-admitted consumers.
Screening and dispensing client-specific prescriptions for non-admitted consumers only, including discharge medications.
Preparation of Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) when requested.
Collaboration with TEMHSAOD stakeholders to promote Quality Use of Medicines.
