Appointment of a long-term contractor to complete works under the Remote Housing Program in Galiwinku.

The Scope of Works to be delivered consists of various works including but not limited to:

The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing assets.
The construction of new and/or replacement Government Employee Housing assets.
The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing assets.
Provision of improvements, upgrades and refurbishments on various Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing assets.
Undertake extensions on various Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing assets.
Other ancillary works associated with delivery of the Northern Territory Government's Remote Housing Program in Galiwinku.
