East Arnhem Region - Groote Eylandt Archipelago - Provision of Construction, Demolition, Refurbishment and Upgrades to NT Government Infrastructure for a Period of 36 Months

This is a period contract for the delivery of works under the Remote Housing Program in Angurugu, Milyakburra and Umbakumba / Groote Eylandt Archipelago.

The Scope of Works to be delivered consists of various works including but not limited to:

• The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing assets
• The construction of new and/or replace Government Employee Housing assets
• The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing assets
• Provision of improvements, upgrades and refurbishments on various Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing Assets
• Undertake extensions on various Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing assets
• Other ancillary works associated with delivery of the Northern Territory Government's Remote Housing Program in Angurugu, Alyangula, Milyakburra and Umbakumba / Groote Eylandt Archipelago
