The requirement is the supply of the services required to provide public WIFI services in:
- Parks
- Sporting Venues
- Libraries; and
- Remote Communities
The provision of the Service shall include:
- Communications
- Racking and mounting equipment
- Installation and maintenance services
- Internet Service Provider. (ISP) services
- authorisation
- monitoring; and
- filtering services using existing installed communications equipment and supply of services to new sites
