Design and construct a residential subdivision, to support new community housing in the remote Garawa 2 town camp.

The scope includes all subdivision works shown on the design drawings, including:

·         Earthworks construction and allotment grading

·         The construction of new roads and drainage infrastructure

·         The installation of a new sewerage reticulation system

·         The installation of a new potable water reticulation system

·         The installation of a new electrical reticulation system

·         The installation of a new communications reticulation system

·         Grassing of batters and disturbed areas
